More than 600 students from various institutions, teachers, non-teachers and families participated.
School 4-257 Professor Luis Rodríguez Nievas, located in Rodeo del Medio, Maipú, carried out for the 9th time, its “Family Walk, promoting health and sports.”
The “Montando Esperanzas” equine therapy center and invited schools from the area participated in the walk, performing a circuit along Nicolás Serpa Street to Miter Street (4 km) with hydration stations and exercises along the route with the aim of achieving the same goal. in a personal way according to the capabilities of each one, not being competitive in nature but participatory, motivating the practice of physical activity without distinction of gender, age, abilities, skills.
There was support from the Physical Education Coordination of the DGE, and from all the teachers of the institution who presented prizes for the final draw and the municipality of Maipú accompanying with the logistics of street closures, road safety and health.
Excellent project created from the coordination of the modality of said school, and the entire team of physical education teachers of the Institution who make this experience possible every year, adding new participants and making the Walk known by the locals and the students of the surrounding schools.
The team promises new features and surprises for the tenth edition.
