In this sense, the Minister of Health, Ana Senesi, met with the mayor of the town, Marcelo Roman and the director of the “Ernesto Accame” hospital, Nelson Ojeda, and assured that Intensive Care will not be closed and will continue. working for the entire community.

During his visit to the hospital, Senesi expressed that the organization is working to ensure human resources and everything necessary for the ICU to continue functioning and providing care to all patients who require hospitalization.

Previously, the Secretary of Access to Health, José Pacayút, did the same with Mayor Marcelo Román to whom he conveyed peace of mind about the continuity of the Care Unit.

Pacayut expressed that “none of the services of the Rio Negro hospitals are going to stop working. On the contrary, the therapy will continue to work and the idea is to be able to continue working on it and with the human resources so that it provides more and better services.”

He stressed that in these circumstances of serious national crisis and from a socioeconomic point of view there are difficulties that must continue to be resolved by the Province and highlighted the need to continue working together with the municipalities.

Finally, he indicated that “each of the actions that are going to build the health of the population has to involve all the actors in society.”
