After 16 years, a man from Corrientes will join the leadership of the Federal Road Safety Council

The news was announced today, at Assembly No. 98 of the Federal Road Safety Council held in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The opportunity made it possible to define the board of directors of the organization, where Juan Manuel Saloj from Corrientes obtained by consensus of all the members of the different provinces to direct the Executive Secretariat of the Council.

“This becomes a historic achievement for the Province, since since the Council began to meet, 16 years ago, Corrientes has never been able to join the executive board,” remarked the provincial official.

BENEFITS FOR THE PROVINCE

Saloj emphasized that this positioning “will allow greater contact and fluidity with the other provinces in the formation of a true federal work agenda on road safety, and will also allow managing resources with national and international credit organizations to carry out the different road accident prevention policies in each of the jurisdictions.”

The new member of the Council is Undersecretary of Road Safety of the Province and was accompanied by Leandro Mazzaro, coordinator of the Provincial Road Safety Observatory and by the general director of the Road Police of the Province, Commissioner Hernán Darío García.
