“We are facing an arbitrariness: an administrative body is bringing charges against the President of the Republic. It is an open constitutional breach. The answer is with the strength of the people,” the president wrote.

“I invite all bodies of the Historical Pact to meet immediately and the social forces of the country to prepare against the attempt to disrespect the popular vote. The democracy enters emergency”, he pointed out.
