The multifaceted Enrique Piñeyro arrives at the Teatro del Bicentenario with his acclaimed one-man show “Flying is Human, Landing is Divine”, in a single performance on Saturday, June 8 at 9 p.m. Tickets are now on sale.
Piñeyro, doctor, airline commander, actor, producer, film and theater director, and cook, presents a show that fuses theater, cinema and comedy monologue with an exact recreation of a Boeing cockpit and projections that turn the stage into a flight.
“Flying is Human, Landing is Divine” seeks for viewers to lose their fear of flying and have as much fun as possible. Although the first is not 100% guaranteed, the second is.
With acidic and intelligent humor, Piñeyro addresses topics such as human error, communication failures and everyday situations contrasted with aviation. Advertising, politics, education and health are the objects of his irony, demonstrating that the world would be better if it worked like airplanes.
Tickets are available at the Teatro del Bicentenario box office, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 to 8 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. You can also purchase them online through TuEntrada.com.
