The forecast from the National Meteorological Service indicates that this Sunday, the maximum will be 13º and the minimum would be around 8 or 9 degrees, marking a cold day from beginning to end. Mist is also expected in the morning.
Another cold day is expected for Monday, since the mercury would not exceed 11 degrees, and the minimum would reach 5 or 6 degrees. In addition, drizzle is expected for the first business day of the week, especially in the morning.
The conditions will not change on Tuesday, with a maximum of 10º and a minimum of 5º, while Wednesday will see the lowest temperature of the week: 4º.
By Thursday, the maximum would reach 15º, but the mornings will continue to be frosty. The SMN also anticipates that on Friday the weather in the capital of Salta would remain the same.
With low temperatures, respiratory diseases increase, but on the other hand, the arrival of cold weather was awaited, which would further mitigate dengue infections, after a critical season.
There is still a little more than a month left until the beginning of winter, but the people of Salta already have to remove the closet and take out all the warm clothes.
