For this purpose, the governor of Tolima and the departmental government teamthey woke up early to fulfill the agreement with the inhabitants of the Pico de Oro sector in the Combeima Canyon.

The machinery is already carrying out work to correct the riverbed that supplies the Ibagué aqueduct and that it is necessary to protect seven homes that were damaged by the rains at the Pico de Oro point.

“All week we have been here in the Combeima Canyon. At the point of La Invasión we have machinery in conjunction with Cortolima; and in Pico de Oro a backhoe to carry out mitigation works. In addition, we will review the alternatives to support 200 people from the El Secreto neighborhood who are having difficulties transporting their food and farm products.”indicated the Governor Adriana Magali Matiz.
