This Wednesday night, the death of the northern music singer’s sister was announced. Virlán García, who would have been murdered by her romantic partner, according to local media and on social networks. The individual would have tried to cover up the crime by setting a fire, initial investigations would indicate.
It was the rural firefighters who found the body of a young woman when they went to put out the fire in a home located in Puebla y Soto alley, in San Luis Río Colorado. They report that they found the body of the sister of Virlan Garciaon a mattress in a bedroom and apparently, the young woman had several stab wounds in her back.
On social networks, it is presumed that the crime was committed when the young woman had a fight with her partner and he reacted violently by attacking her repeatedly from behind. In this sense, they point out that he set up a fire to cover up the alleged femicide.
The alleged perpetrator has been identified by the authorities as the young woman’s romantic partner, according to local media. They add that he was also her trainer at the gym.
Likewise, reports on the internet mention that the man identified as Julián A is in the custody of state authorities while investigations are carried out to determine his guilt. The Ministerial Criminal Investigation Agency (AMIC) would be in charge of the investigations to clarify the facts and determine the circumstances of the homicide, although so far, they have not issued any statement to confirm said information.
