Mayor Gonzalo Monteros met today with directors of the city’s educational institutions to outline various lines of action in accordance with the provisions of decree 841/2024, which recently came into force in our Municipality. It adheres to the provisions of the Provincial Executive Branch by virtue of the acts of vandalism and attacks that recently occurred on public roads and which involved young people from different educational establishments in the province.
Within this framework, actions and measures were coordinated in order to prevent the spread of acts of violence among the youth of our city with a view to safeguarding their safety and integrity. To this end, the Municipality of the Banda del Río Salí foresees the existence of security domes at the entrance of the city’s educational institutions, as well as the placement of cameras that allow warning and quick action in the event of any event. The “Safe School Corridors” that provide security not only to students but also to the staff who work in the institutions, are supported by another tool known as the “BRS Alert App”, which interacts directly with the Municipal Monitoring Center for an intervention. faster and more efficient.
