In the last hours, the agreements that were reached in the dialogue table between the departmental government and the indigenous communities of the Honduras Councils; from Morales and Cerro Tijeras; from Suárez, Cauca, those who keep the road blocked Panamericana in the sector of The Tunnel, in Cajibíomaintaining that they are more than 38 years of non-compliance by the Government on issues of roads, education, health, agriculture, environment and security in indigenous territories.

It is worth mentioning that, the Governor of Cauca, Octavio Guzmán, ended the dialogue table with the communities of Cerro Tijeras of Suárez and Honduras of Moraleswithin the framework of compliance with the ruling T462A of 2014 and within some concluded aspects of departmental competence, the following points are found:
