“We are hitting them. There is no ceasefire with these structures, we are at war and they try to divert the attention of the public force to maintain their businesses,” said Luis Fernando Velasco.
Likewise, the head of the Interior portfolio stressed that the Security in Cauca was reinforced with the deployment of a greater number of uniformed personnel.
The minister also acknowledged that these groups have beaten them; However, he expresses that this war has not been lost.
