A motorcycle that was incinerated in the middle of a public street in the Tres commune of the capital of Huila ended up in a total loss.

The event occurred yesterday afternoon in the vicinity of Circunvalar Avenue and 21st Street, near the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare, Neiva headquarters.

The incident would apparently be retaliation for an alleged act of theft. As confirmed by official sources, the subjects who were traveling in the vehicle supposedly intended to commit an illegal act that was thwarted by the residents of the sector.

In the event, the population dealt some blows to the robbers who then ran away.

The enraged citizens set the motorcycle on fire in rejection of the crime that has been occurring in Neiva. After a few minutes, the Police squad arrived, reporting the situation to the Fire Department, which moved to the site to attend to the emergency.

This is how they extinguished the flames to remove the vehicle that was completely burned. It should be noted that vehicular flow was restricted, which caused congestion on the alternate roads. Fortunately, the event left no people injured.
