An Argentinian woman who moved to Spain shared the new customs she has incorporated into her life since living in the European country.

Agostina Menéndez posted a video on her TikTok profile detailing her life change. The first thing that surprised her was that recycling is part of the Spanish routine. “The fact that they have the containers where they explain everything motivates me to do it,” she stressed.

Regarding gastronomy, Agostina said that she fell in love with the traditional Spanish dish, the potato omelette: “I always make it and with onion,” she explained. However, she regretted that she usually buys it at the supermarket because there is “no one to make it homemade for me,” she said. She also said that she now prefers to use olive oil over sunflower oil, although she said that “it is not cheap but good.”

Furthermore, and to the surprise of many, he said that he got used to having dinner much later than in his country: “In Argentina I had dinner at 8 or 9. And here I have dinner from 10:30 p.m. or until 11:00 p.m. ″.

On the other hand, he talked about how he began to become familiar with the culture that exists in Spain around coffee shops. “Here I go to a coffee shop just for a coffee. Because here they have quite the habit of going for a coffee for 10 minutes and leaving. I have never in my life gone to a coffee shop just for a coffee,” she concluded.
