Personnel assigned to the Children and Adolescents Section of the Magdalena Police found a worker identified as allegedly responsible for the crime of abusive sexual acts with a minor under 14 years of age.

The action fell on Jainer Enrique Peralta Rangel, who was transferred and left at the disposal of the Attorney General’s Office.

The investigation against him was carried out in a sector of the urban perimeter of the town in compliance with a current arrest warrant issued by a judicial office in the municipality of Chibolo, Magdalena.

The data provided by the police command indicate that these events would have occurred last February of this year where the person involved took advantage of being left in the care of the 6-year-old girl, while her mother worked as a nurse.

It was learned that he, through intimidation so that she would not report him, carried out inappropriate touches on the girl’s private parts.

Given the facts, the Children and Adolescents Police, after a meticulous investigation, managed to gather compelling evidence that led to the arrest procedure.

The Magdalena Police forcefully rejects any act that violates the rights of our children and adolescents. We invite the entire community to report any suspicious situation to the emergency line 123 or to the quadrant of their sector,” added Colonel Duarte. .
