The authorities of the Cauda Valley are investigating a massacre that occurred in the municipality of Cartago. Three people were killed and one more was injured in the attack.
The events took place inside a home in the El Rebaño neighborhood. A murderer arrived at the scene with a firearm and shot indiscriminately at the victims.
According to the investigations, those killed in this massacre were identified as Darwin Andrés Cardona, Álvaro Gómez Murcia and Danilson Jaramillo Betancur, aged between 18 and 21 years.
The other young man who was injured in the attack is in a hospital receiving treatment for the severity of his injuries.
Colonel Giovanny Cristancho, commander of the Valle Police, mentioned that “with criminal investigation and intelligence, our technical and human capabilities, we are going to allocate an exclusive group to clarify the material and intellectual authors of this triple homicide.”
