Sergio Galleguillo will perform on Friday, June 14 at 9:30 p.m. at the Juan Carlos Saravia Provincial Theater in Salta. Tickets will be on sale at the theater box office and club members will be able to enjoy a special 2×1 promotion.
With his iconic phrase “I was born in La Rioja, gentlemen… The Land of Carnival”, Sergio Galleguillo, recognized Artistic and Cultural Ambassador of La Rioja, returns to the stage with the 25 Years Tour. This show promises a repertoire full of songs that have marked his extensive career as a folk and popular singer.
From his beginnings with groups like Tiahuanaco and Arahuanco, to his greatest success with “Sergio Galleguillo y Los Amigos”, a band with which he released six albums and brought the joy of Chaya to stages throughout the country and the world. His recording debut was in 1998 with “Agitando Pañuelos”, followed by several notable albums such as “Del Tiempo I´ Mama” (1999), “Como Esperando la Vida” (2001), “Amor Prohibido” (2003), “En Vivo ” (2004), and “Grito Chayero” (2006).
Galleguillo began his solo career in 2007, and has since continued to rack up hits, including “Febrero” (2010), “15 Años en Vivo” (2011) and “De Noche y Albahaca” (2013). His career has been decorated at multiple festivals and his music has been recognized at the 2022 Gardel Awards with nominations for his songs “Al final del Universo”, “Esta noche contigo” and “Don’t go still”.
In 2024, Sergio Galleguillo celebrates 25 years of experience with a show that promises to be unforgettable. Fans of his music in Salta have an unmissable date on June 14, and with the club’s 2×1 promotion, the opportunity to experience a magical night is doubled.
