“Around 7 at night, a fight broke out in the area below and many boys came,” said Luz Vargas, a merchant from the Doce de Marzo neighborhood who witnessed the event, for CityNoticias.

“It was very worrying because we had to close our businesses super quickly, at one point we worried that they could enter the premises and cause damage. We had to quickly close everything,” Luz added.
