Daniela Toloza Rocha, representative of Valle del Cauca, was satisfied for having obtained the Miss Universe Colombia 2024 crown this Sunday, June 2, which gives her the right to represent the country in the international contest that will be taking place in Mexico and where, he said, It will represent the multi-ethnic nature of our territory.
“I am very happy, this has been a goal that I set for myself, that I fought for, that I did it with discipline, with love and today we can see the results. “I am happy to be the representative of all Colombians in Miss Universe,” said the 30-year-old woman.
When asked what Colombians should expect at the international event that will be held in Mexican territory, he stated: “Connection. I go with a message of connection, of love, of celebrating all bodies, celebrating the difference. There I go with my message to Miss Universe to represent all the diverse bodies that we have in Colombia, the sexual orientations, the population in conditions of disability, the LGBTI+ community, indigenous people. “We are a multi-ethnic country and that is why I am going to Miss Universe.”
She also left a message for those women who aspire to participate in an event like Miss Universe. “Girls, don’t be afraid to believe in your dreams and your projects, but do it not from your ego, but from how you want to represent a country; with love, with humility, with respect,” she advised them.
When asked what obtaining the Miss Universe Colombia crown meant to her, the Valle del Cauca native responded that it was her greatest satisfaction: “Miss Universe Colombia is a platform that empowers women and today I am representing all the women of Colombia before the Universe.”
Daniela Toloza Rocha, in addition to having been chosen this Sunday, June 2, 2024, in the different activities that took place during the Miss Universe contest in Barranquilla, won the most beautiful face and Miss Forma Tu Cuerpo, sponsored by the signature of the Colombian businesswoman Rocío Vega.
