The 18-year-old soldier’s father and his brother were captured, while his sister, who is also an active police officer, is currently being treated in a care center due to a shot he received in the foot.
Harol Mendoza, uncle of the dead soldier, stated: “We are almost certain that it was the police who killed him, so we are going to complain to the police and they arrive and attack us too, they arrive and, my nephew, they half blew everything up.
