Nurse Sara Barro, from the Avellaneda Hospital Vaccination Service, commented that, led by the Minister of Public Health, Dr. Luis Medina Ruiz, they were vaccinating with the objective of immunizing essential personnel.

On the occasion, the professional stated that they also go out to vaccinate the community. “We want to recruit patients over 65 years of age and those at risk, in order to immunize the population. Tomorrow we will be at the Hiper Libertad and on Wednesday at the seniors’ office at the Avellaneda Hospital,” she indicated.

Archbishop Carlos Sánchez stated that it is a great dedication that health workers make when caring for the population: “Many thanks to the Ministry of Health for taking care of us and we invite the people of Tucumán to get vaccinated because we have free access to these doses in all care centers.”

For his part, Auxiliary Bishop Roberto Ferrari thanked the Health System for the service provided to his institution. “We are very strict about having the vaccination schedule up to date, because we have a lot of contact with the population, visiting hospitals and seeing the sick,” he remarked, while highlighting that as we take care of the soul, we must take care of the body.
