The Collective of Workers for the Window in Multicolor issued a statement warning about the modification of the retirement law in the province of Entre Ríos.
“Retirement is a human right guaranteed by the National Constitution and the Constitution of the Province of Entre Ríos!”, they warned.
The group maintained that “the State must guarantee a budget beyond contributions, which guarantees a social security model that contemplates old age with dignity, solidarity, public and intergenerational. “Special regimes are those that imply extra wear and tear, determined by the type of activity carried out, which differs from any other worker.”
“Our contribution of 16% of our salary – deferred – is one of the largest nationally. There should be no privileges within the system, whether they are officials, politicians, legislators, magistrates, diplomats, trade unionists, curia… The government must explain subsystem by subsystem what it calls a deficit. The government should not pay fixed amounts, without contributions or contributions (CP) as happened in February 24 with the fixed sum of $25,000,” they added.
