The contest met all expectations, with the presence of 150 athletes from 18 departments who competed on a track endorsed by the Federation.
Ibagué received the best athletes in the Third National Motocross Validity that had the support of the Mayor’s Office of Ibagué and the support of the Municipal Institute for Sports and Recreation, IMDRI.
It was a thorough tour of 1.5 kilometers with obstacles and technical difficulties that generated adrenaline, meeting the standards for national and international competitions.
During the weekend more than 150 athletes from 5 years old to the master category of those over 40 years old, from 18 departments, each of them improving their records in the national ranking.
“We have been consolidating ourselves as the home of sport in Colombia, the key is to work as a team so that the results are positive. Today all disciplines want to hold their events in our city, that is very important”said Johana Aranda, mayor of Ibagué.
From the municipal administration they indicated that the city continues to bet on this dynamic, generating trust with sports federationssomething that is decisive for the proper use of the sports infrastructure that the city has.
