• The Prosecutor’s Office established that the car was sold in Querétaro
The Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP) reports the arrest in the capital city of a couple of individuals accused of the crime of qualified robbery.
Misael “N” and Alejandro “N” are considered probable responsible for threatening a person with a firearm to take away their vehicle.
The Investigative Police (PDI) determined that both individuals took the victim’s car to a city in the State of Queretaro to sell it.
Given this, a prosecutor from the Specialized Vehicle Theft Unit processed the respective arrest warrant for these people, and when it was granted, elements of the PDI began a search operation.
The suspects were located in the historic center of the capital of Potosí and in this way, they learned their rights that will assist them in their stages as detainees; After that, they were admitted to the cells of the social reintegration center, where they will wait for their respective hearing.
