By the unanimity of its members, the Aysén Regional Council approved the transfer of almost $3 billion for the replacement of 18 school buses, which were transferred in poor condition by the majority of the municipalities, making its approval urgent.
The project, presented by the Local Public Education Service, was based on the fact that of the 24 buses that were in the hands of the municipalities, 8 were bad, fifteen were in regular condition and only one was in good condition.
