How to register and what are the requirements
Within the conditions to register as adopters, the person or persons must be over 25 years old and be at least 16 years older than the adoptee, except when the spouse or cohabitant adopts the child of the other spouse or cohabitant. In addition, you must be domiciled in the province of Neuquén and have no criminal record.
The child or adolescent can be adopted by a married couple, by both members of a cohabiting union or by a single person.
Until April 12 there will be time to complete the registration form found on the Single Adoption Registry website. It will have the character of an Affidavit and will contain the data and requirements of the intended adopters.

Registration will be valid for 2 years. After this period, applicants to adopt must request renewal by note from the Director of the Registry 30 days in advance of the expiration date.
