The judge Paulina Moya explained in detail the evidence that supports the participation of the communal chief in various crimes of fraud and swindling, within the framework of the so-called Popular Pharmacies Case.

Furthermore, the magistrate stressed that the most burdensome precautionary measure is due to the fact that the freedom of the community leader is dangerous for the security of society.
