Representatives Defined For Ibagué and Italy – Patines y Chuecas

The weekend podiums at the National Stadium Patinodrome catapulted 21 names for the next international commitments of the skate race.

With the confirmation of 21 names in both women and men in youth and adults, and after this weekend of the second part and final of the Qualifier of the discipline, the national representative of Patín Carrera was formed that will compete in the Pan American specific and in the World Skate Games.

In this second part of the Selective, held in the National Stadium Park, there were road tests, which allowed the composition of the general table of winners for each of the categories.

In the long-distance modality, in the Adult Female category, the winner was Camila Carrenoescorted by Javiera San Martin and Valeria Riffo; while in the men’s category the first place went to Raul Pedrazacompleting the podium Hugo Ramirez and Sebastian Paillavil.

In the same test, in Youth, there were four selected: in women the winner Alejandra Fuentesfollowed by Catalina Pasten; in men, Gabriel Reyes and Lucas Beroiza.

In the individual speed modality, in the Adult Male category, the winner was Emanuel Silvawhile second place was obtained Diego Mayanés. For their part, in the group speed, those classified were Ricardo Verdugo and Lucas Silva.

In the Women’s category, first place went to Catalina Lorcawhile the second box was for Javiera Vargas. And in group speed, the winner was Romina Perez while Javiera Vargas, again, took second place.

Finally, in Youth the winners – therefore, classified – are Martina Naranjo and Celeste Saez; and among men, Guillermo Castillo and Eric Gauna.

These 21 qualifiers will make up the National Skate Race Team that will meet, in July, at the Pan American Championship in the Colombian city of Ibagué; and at the World Skate Games, in September, in Italy in what is the ecumenical event for skating disciplines.
