On the afternoon of this holiday Monday on the road to Pance in the south of Cali, at a checkpoint before the first entry, a new attack occurred against a traffic agent. This is agent Jhon Guavita, who had a procedure with a motorcycle-type vehicle and a few minutes later several motorcyclists passed through the sector and one of them knocked down the cone of the checkpoint, doing so intentionally.

As a result of the violent incident, the traffic agent has been being treated at the Imbanaco Clinic waiting for the results of the medical examinations that have been performed on him to come out. If he presents a fracture, Guavita will have to undergo surgery.

“From the Ministry of Mobility we reject the attack on the Transit agent in Pance. This fact is regrettable and together with the authorities we will identify the person responsible. “To the agent, all our support,” assured the traffic authority.

It should be remembered that the last time one of the last recorded cases of aggression against an agent in transit in Cali was on February 19 in the Salomia neighborhood when the agent was attacked with a traumatic weapon from which he received three shots and two of them hit him, putting his life at risk.
