César Priefert has left Coarco, where he joined in September 2022 as Purchasing Managerafter the cooperative informed him of his dismissal “for economic reasons” this Monday, June 3, once he rejoined the Canary Islands cooperative after a long sick leave.
This was communicated to Coarco partners by César Priefert himself through an email, to which he had access. C for Communicationin which it offers the explanations about his departure from the cooperative.
“The economic situation that this company suffers is clearly unsustainable,” César assures C for Communicationand explains that precisely this has been the justification for the dismissal.
In the succession of events, what stands out is the departure of the German group Hagebau, which broke relations with the cooperative at the beginning of 2023 because Coarco “could not comply with Hagebau’s demands regarding the amount of the bank guarantee that it had to deposit”as explained by César in his statement, and the agreement reached with Grupo Ibricks three months later.
