Likewise, Captain León indicated that “in the rapid police reaction, the alleged aggressor was captured in flagrante delicto, “who was presented before the local Prosecutor’s Office 46 of Alpujarra for the crime of homicide, which at this time is being presented in a virtual hearing to define his legal situation.”
