Mayor’s Office carries out maintenance on rural sports venues

With the purpose of improving the conditions of rural sports venues to provide adequate spaces for the community to practice sports, the Mayor’s Office of Manizales, through the Secretariats of Infrastructure and Sports, began the works that include the maintenance of the city’s rural sports venues.

The works begin on the San Peregrino multiple field, Panorama township, the soccer field of the San Peregrino village, Panorama township, the soccer field of the Guacas village and the soccer field of the La Cabaña village.

For the maintenance of rural sports venues, there is an investment of $83,956,086.

The Mayor’s Office of Manizales arranged a global allocation of $5,537,353,804, resources destined to carry out maintenance, repair and adaptation works of rural and urban sports venues, during this year. In addition, the construction of new scenarios for physical activity and sports is also planned, in urban and rural areas.
