The Riojan Legislature approved various projects into law this Thursday in a session chaired by Vice Governor Teresita Madera.
In this context, it was highlighted that the law approved the prohibition of fuel sales to vehicles without visible license plates and to motorcyclists, with the proper use of a protective helmet.
The objective is to make a contribution to ensuring that vehicles circulate in order and could also make it more difficult for stolen vehicles to circulate, mainly motorcycles, which is a crime that still occurs frequently.
Deputies approved this Thursday in Ordinary Session the Creation of the Provincial Volunteer Brigade of Mountain Rescuers; the Prohibition of the sale of fuel to vehicles without visible license plates and for motorcyclists, the proper use of protective helmets.
On the other hand, the Chamber of Deputies approved the Creation of the Observatory for the Management of Urban Solid Waste and the Registry of Urban Recyclers.
