Serious, minor under 12 years old who crashed on a motorcycle into a backhoe in Lerdo

A minor identified as Gerardo, 12 years old, is in serious condition after the motorcycle he was driving allegedly collided with a backhoe in the municipality of Lerdo.

The accident occurred around 3:30 p.m. last Tuesday, on the highway Gómez Palacio-Durango, on the Lerdo-Cuencamé sectionat the height of a restaurant called “La Patrona”.

The report indicated that the minor was traveling aboard a motorcycle of the brand Italika FT-150, blue with white, but upon arriving at the business in question, it collided with a backhoe, whose driver fled the scene.

The teenager was transferred to Clinic 46 of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), located in Gómez Palacio, where he was diagnosed with moderate head trauma, plus fractures to the left arm and legso his state of health is delicate.

The Deputy Attorney General’s Office of the State of Durango, Laguna Region, has already opened a file in this regard and began the first investigations into the accident, to locate the alleged perpetrator.
