The State Executive Committee of Morena San Luis Potosí has decided to challenge the results of the last election before the State Electoral Court in various municipalities, derived from the fact that serious irregularities were noticed during the course of the election day.
The specific cases are Axtla de Terrazas, with Gregorio Cruz Martínez, since after the recount he lost by a difference of one vote, after winning by more than 200 votes. A similar situation occurred in the municipality of Tampamolón Corona, with Eulogio Mejía Gómez, where the difference in votes is much lower than the number of null votes.
In San Ciro de Acosta, with Alicia del Castillo, there is a difference of only 60 votes in a process marked by pressure and harassment of voters identified with Morena, a situation that will be enforced before the jurisdictional bodies.
Morena will work to defend the result in Santa María del Río, with the candidate Isis Aidée Díaz, who maintains a difference of 400 votes that will be protected to endorse the victory of the Movement, in addition to the evidence being presented to demonstrate that second place It incurred various irregularities to violate the free right of the community to exercise its vote.
