With the aim of providing opportunities for continuous training and professional updating to all actors linked to the field of sports and physical activity in the province, the Sports Secretariat of the Ministry of Human Development will begin to develop different training courses.

The conference, led by Martín Amden, director of Federated Sports, Training and Evaluation, will seek to strengthen sports development, skills and knowledge of coaches, teachers, leaders and other sports professionals throughout the province.

Martín Amden indicated that one of the main objectives of the management is to establish a strategic communication alliance with the municipalities to interact with each of them and learn about the specific training needs of each sport in the city. “We want to ensure that our initiatives respond directly to the real needs of local sports communities,” he said.

Implementation Strategies

We will seek to create training nodes based on the real needs of each region, instead of geographical or regional criteria. “The nodes will be designed according to the specific training needs of each area, allowing for a more effective and personalized response,” Amden explained.

Each training will be strategically planned according to its urgency and importance, ensuring that priorities are addressed efficiently. The specificity of the training will be a priority, adapting to the context and needs of the place where it is carried out.

Evaluation and Monitoring

A fundamental objective is the constant evaluation of training. “We want to measure, track, monitor and observe the tangible impact of each of the trainings. This will allow us to continually adjust and improve our initiatives, ensuring their effectiveness and relevance,” said Amden.

The first training day will be held in the city of Gualeguaychú and will be carried out jointly with the Directorate of Inspection of Legal Entities of the province within the framework of the Foot Clubs Program. It will be on Thursday, June 13 at 6 p.m. at the Gualeguaychú Convention Center and the topics to be developed will be legal status, institutional constitution and regularization, members’ assembly, mandatory books and gender parity.

For more information about the training to be developed throughout the year, those interested can contact the Sports Secretariat through its official channels.
