This weekend, “Antígone in the Bath”, the play starring Verónica Llinás, Darío Lopilato and Héctor Díaz, arrives in the province of Córdoba. The actors will appear this Friday at the Verdi Theater in Villa María at 9 p.m.; while on Saturday and Sunday they will take place in Ciudad de las Artes, in the provincial capital, at the same time.

The story begins when Ignacia (Llinás), a star from another time, comes onto the scene after a long exile on television. At her age, others join in unspeakable fears and the question arises: “Who are your allies to overcome such a moment?”

Then the son of his usual representative (Lopilato) appears on the scene, who does what he can to rise to the occasion. Also, an unusual “ontological coach” (Díaz), who is a specialist in assisting victims of tragedies.

Previously, Verónica and Darío visited the studio of Chain 3 and they talked about the present of the work. “Ignacia is an actress who was a soap opera megastar. She is no longer capable of being the heroine, but she can be the mother or grandmother of the heroine,” Llinás explained. “The play takes place on the opening day, where she is locked in the bathroom with a complete panic attack.”

He wears it on his skin.”

Verónica also referred to her state of health, after the concern generated by the news of her hospitalization while working in Uruguay. “I was hospitalized for three days, I had pneumonitis that did not turn into pneumonia. I think the seriousness of the matter is exaggerated a bit, I really felt very bad, but shortly after I started to function again and as soon as I recovered, they released me,” accurate.

For his part, Darío Lopilato also shared his enthusiasm for being part of the project. “We return to Córdoba with this proposal that is incredible. Antigone in the bathroom passes you by. Return to the province It’s always a pleasure, after what we experienced with Married with Children,” he recalled.

“I like to watch theater and I went to see this play at three in the morning. It is a tremendous play, not only because I am next to Verónica Llinás. For me, she is a comic layer that we have in Argentina. Seeing her gives you makes me want to act a lot,” he said, regarding his partner.
