The Urban Sea flows into the La Piojera Cultural Center (Colón 1559) on Saturday, June 8 at 9 p.m. Free entry, exit to the cap.
MAR Urbano is a proposal where various artistic expressions converge simultaneously: poetry, painting, drawing, digital illustration, photography, videos, music, performances, theater. Also, the possibility for the public to interact, be part of this great Urban SEA where the idea is to show that art is a means to channel what we feel and lead us to well-being.
“The ancient grandmothers and grandfathers of these lands say that during the time of three suns of drought in the north, all the animals began to descend following the rivers that flow into the Marsh Sea and the Ansenuza Sea. People not only ran out of water, but they also ran out of food; then they began to go down following the tracks of the animals. It is read in the pictographs that a meeting took place between those who came and those who lived in those lands. Thus the Suquía was populated, grew and grew… until it became this great Urban Sea”, details the dissemination of the meeting.
