More than an agreement signing

The signed agreement opens the way to new lines of collaboration between the private and public sectors:

“We were able to talk with the mayor Marcos Calvente and part of his team and beyond the firmness of the signature, this has a correlation: for a long time we have been discussing topics on which we can work collaboratively, such as the Open Sky Shopping Center; the vision in projects linked to improve entry to the department and the City, topics that generate common concerns such as the growth of all the industries of the department. Is continue working as we have done since the beginning of Marcos’ administration and as we also did with Marcelino Iglesias,” said Santiago Laugero, president of the FEM.

In addition, Nicolás Vicchi, secretary of the FEMpointed out that through the Municipality merchants in the area could be invited to be part of the Federation, so that they find in it a “reference with back to add training.”

Faced with this, Marcos Calvente pointed out that different dialogue tables have been opened with representatives of the Guaymallén Chamber of Commerce and from now on joint actions can be initiated, such as generating different commercial zones with benefits that promote the growth of the sector. , how are the “Open Sky Shopping Centers”, and the parties committed to work in the medium and short term to achieve significant progress in that regard.

“We have a lot of dialogue with the Chamber and we have managed to make changes in the debureaucratization that the commercial sector requires to contribute from the public sector so that more merchants and companies choose Guaymallén to invest and generate employment,” Calvente highlighted. In fact, the mayor presented this week the “In-Person Express Qualification Procedure”, by which the person who wants to start his commercial activity in the department, if he brings all the requested documentationleaves on the day with the provisional enabling resolution, that is, subject to the result of municipal inspections.
