Councilor warns that the Sisbén in Santa Marta continues to present problems

During today’s Friday session, the councilor of Santa Marta, Enrique González, shared some concerns regarding the operation of Sisbén in the city.

González pointed out that although certain improvements in processes and other advances have been observed, there are also areas where a need for urgent attention is evident.

In particular, the councilor mentioned that the Sisbén main office lacks the necessary tools to operate efficiently, in addition to reporting the loss of items in its facilities. Likewise, González expressed concern about the apparent interruption in the processing of tokens in the entity’s system.

In response to this, the councilor presented a proposal for information addressed to the Planning Secretariat and the Sisbén coordinator. This proposal seeks to obtain specific data on the number of update requests made in Santa Marta, as well as the number of offices available to serve citizens, among other relevant aspects to evaluate the performance of the system in the city.

It is hoped that this request will provide a more complete view of the current situation of Sisbén in Santa Marta.
