Sergio Luna, municipal secretary of Public Works, reported that the company’s machinery is expected to arrive in the first week of July to begin construction of the viaduct on the double track to La Guardia and the fourth ring road. The work will begin after the results of the soil and environmental study carried out on the site.
“We are in the first phase so that they can enter (the machinery of the construction company), according to environmental authorization and soil study”, explained engineer Luna.
At the end of last April, the construction of this work began, which will seek improve traffic flow in the southern part of the city.
The project, which It has an investment of Bs 66 million and will be 465 linear meters long; it is expected to be completed in 540 days.
