The comedian Homero Pettinato will be presenting his one-man show “I give everything” this Saturday, June 8 in the Room of the Americas of the Argentina Pavilion of the UNC. In an interview with Chain 3Pettinato spoke about his relationship with art from a very early age and how he became a professional as an artist just five years ago.

“I feel that it is my way of being art, without being too pretentious,” Pettinato explained. The comedian stressed that he has always been a “kid artist” and that his professionalization came with the need to make a living from his art.

Pettinato also spoke about his special connection with Córdoba, where he lived during his first years of life: “Córdoba is a second home,” he said, and invited the people of Córdoba to attend his show at Sala de las Américas.

Regarding the content of the show, Pettinato promised an experience full of humor and histrionics. “People are very surprised… I can show more different artistic facets of myself and that makes me very happy,” he said.

At the same time, she also reflected on the success of the streaming program “Olga” and how it has boosted her career. Highlighting the importance of the “cool” audience that follows the program, he considers that Olga filled a void for those orphans of cultural products with which they could identify.

“To be able to be part (of Olga) and if one day I stop being part, I will still continue to love and consume them because it is the place that I would choose to see, it is what I would choose to consume,” Pettinato concluded.
