The Government of Chubut advances through the Ministry of Health, in the implementation of the electronic prescription throughout the province with the aim of facilitating access to medications and treatments in a more efficient and safe way.
Based on this determination, which responds to national regulations, a working group was formed that defined a roadmap to begin putting this into practice. new tool of the health system.
In this sense, the Secretary of Health of Chubut, Sergio Wisky, led an in-person meeting in Rawson in which representatives from different areas involved in this process participated.

Objectives and axes to work on
The objectives of the implementation of the electronic prescription are: advance the digitalization of the health system; facilitate access to medications and treatments efficiently and safely; and analyze the regulatory framework that allows the use and development of digital solutions.
Consequently, some of the axes that will be worked on in this line are the identification of authorized professionals; registration of computer platforms; national dictionary of medicines; and communication and access to electronic prescriptions.
