This Friday, Governor Raúl Jalil and Mayor Susana Zenteno toured the construction sites of what will be the new Valle Viejo Sports Center. This project is making great progress and promises to offer first-class facilities for various sporting and social events.

The Valle Viejo Sports Center is made up of two independent volumes. The first includes the main court and the stands, while the second is intended for gastronomic services on the ground floor, administrative offices and a gym with a dance room on the upper floor. Both volumes are connected by an access hall, allowing visitors to enter from the main avenue and move towards the pool area.

Another construction detail is that the volleyball and basketball courts – they reported – stand out for their high-quality wooden floors, complying with the international standards required for this type of facilities.

Located in a strategic point in Valle Viejo, the Sports Center will be easily accessible to all residents, who will be able to enjoy a wide variety of shows and activities. The facilities will not only serve for sporting events, but also for other types of meetings that will strengthen the social sense of the department.
