  • The fair will take place in the Comfamiliar Consotá park this Sunday, June 9, starting at 9:00 am. The entrepreneurs are supported by the Secretariat of Economic Development and Competitiveness of Risaralda.

Pereira, June 8, 2024. The Government of Risaralda is pleased to announce the participation of businessmen from the Secretariat of Economic Development and Competitiveness in the sixth version of the Canasta de la Paz fair, which will take place this Sunday, June 9, at Parque Consota Comfamiliar , in a day that fulfills the purpose of Governor Juan Diego Patiño Ochoa, to promote Risaralda talent.

The event will begin at 9 in the morning and promises to be a day full of activities and opportunities for the enjoyment and support of the local economy.

Natalia Castrillón, director of business development at the Ministry of Economic Development and Competitiveness, highlighted the importance of this event and the positive impact it has on the community and local artisans.

“Thanks to the management of our governor Juan Diego Patiño Ochoa, different spaces, events and fairs have been generated. This weekend we will have the participation of 11 artisans and we extend the invitation to the entire community to join us, enjoy the park and support our local producers.” Castrillón expressed.

The event ‘Peace Basket’ It is an excellent opportunity to learn about and acquire artisan products made by talented entrepreneurs in the region. In addition, it is a space where families can enjoy a day in contact with nature and participate in various activities organized in the Parque Consotá Comfamiliar.
