Two people were arrested for theft of a cell phone to a minor on Monterrico and Av. Snopek streets, in the Alto Comedero neighborhood of our city.
According to the information provided, members of the Motorized Operations Group were alerted by residents of the sector about the theft of a cell phone from a minor by two individuals. This happened on Monterrico and Snopek streets, in the southern area of Alto Comedero.
Operation to find the thieves
An operation was immediately carried out to arrest those responsible according to the description provided by occasional witnesses. After a quick action, the criminals were arrested when they tried to flee once they were identified, recovering the stolen phone. The criminals were housed in the Police Station of Section No. 56where the pertinent procedures are carried out.
The growing concern of the residents of Alto Comedero, due to repeated incidents of robberies, motivated the implementation of more frequent tours by police personnel in the different neighborhood sectors where these events are recorded, with the aim of ensuring that the task of preventing These crimes are more effective in that broad sector.
