The victim is a 33-year-old girl who was admitted dead to the Ramón Carrillo Health Center, after her ex-partner strangled her in a house on Clark Street, in the Paraná XVI neighborhood. Personnel from 911, the 16th police station and Criminal Investigations attended the scene, after the neighbors alerted.
According to the first information, the subject, who has already been arrested, entered the young woman’s home through the window, and after an argument, he choked her and threw her down the landing of the stairs. A neighbor tried to help the victim and took her to the Ramón Carrillo health center, but she was already lifeless.
The deceased young woman was identified as Brenda Albarenga, 33 years old, and the detainee, 28 years old, is Alan Domínguez.
The detainee had judicial restriction and could not approach the victim, since the woman had reported him days ago to the Gender Prosecutor’s Office for his constant attacks and harassment.
Finally, this Friday Alan Domínguez ignored the court order and broke into the home where the woman was with a 10-year-old child, who was the one who alerted 911.
The neighbors came and found the femicide who made a lie when he left the scene.
