This June 10, registration opens for the Vocational and Labor Guidance course for the Entre Ríos jurisdiction, of the Progresar Regulation for the Mandatory level line.

The main objective of the course is to accompany young people who are finishing their secondary studies in the process of reflection and decision-making about their professional future. It is proposed to provide them with tools that facilitate their entry into higher education, improve their job placement prospects or allow them to strengthen their position in the workplace.

Participation in this course is mandatory and is part of the complementary activities of the Progresar scholarship. It is aimed at scholarship recipients aged 16, 17 and 18 who are studying the common secondary education modality. The registration period will be open until July 7.

“It is important that students complete the course in order to receive the full amount of the scholarship; If you do not do so, your scholarship payment will be suspended for two monthly periods,” reported the director of Information, Evaluation and Educational Planning of the CGE, Emilia Sosa Passarino.

And he added: “The students selected to take the course are receiving the necessary information from the Nation by email, but they can also check it by entering their Progresar platform, from where they registered.”

In the province there are 453 secondary schools selected and it is estimated that a total of 10,492 young people from Entre Ríos meet the age requirement for each school.

This is a virtual, asynchronous and self-assisted training section; It lasts four weeks and consists of eight modules with mandatory and optional activities.

“This program is a strong device to accompany students on their educational journey, also offering financial support to facilitate the completion of their secondary studies and entry to higher education. It is an educational policy of great impact so that our young people can build a solid and promising future,” highlighted the secondary level director, Omar Osuna.
