The Army confirmed the murder of First Corporal Luis Felipe Ramírez Perdomo at the hands of ‘The Pachencas’on the Quebrada del Sol trail, in Santa Marta.
It was learned that Corporal Ramírez Perdomo was with another agent of the BAMRU6 Intelligence Section extracting a captured ‘The Pachencas’However, they were intercepted and attacked.
The corporal was wounded and unfortunately ended up losing his life, while the professional soldier Jorge Luis Acevedo Montes He is recovering from his injuries at a medical center.

“We send our condolences to the family, friends and acquaintances of our murdered soldier, may he rest in peace”indicated the Army.
“Offensive operations continue in order to find those responsible for these events”he added.
