This Friday was special for the Abrakadabra company from Cienfuegos and they experienced it in the Abdala room in Avila
This Friday morning was, for the Abrakadabra group from Cienfuegos, the almost magical moment of several coincidences. It was their first time in Ciego de Ávila, in the 18 years since the group was created, and more, in the Abdala room, headquarters of our puppet Polichinela. Among others of equal importance.
This was made known by this group from its Facebook page. And they seemed happy and quite pleased with such events.
Likewise, or perhaps more so, would be the children who witnessed the work. Fancytransmitter of a message for the rescue of filial love and the desire to unite as a family.
This work managed to transmit its call concisely and full of very well achieved stage situations. It also had excellent musical, acting, and dance performances, as well as many games and colors.
As Rafael González Álvarez, director of the guiñol Polichinela, told Invasor: “Fancyis an original story by the director of Abrakadabra, and evokes, with its story, Cuban singer-songwriters and music.”
After the collapse of the world Fancy, due to the lack of love for the family and the elderly, characters and the general public are dedicated to rescuing that world with songs and other gadgets. Thus the show is put together during the 50 minutes of duration, and achieves its objective of capturing hearts.
Abrakadabra, with this performance, continues its journey through Cuban provinces as part of its National Tour organized by the National Council of the Performing Arts. Sancti Spíritus and Villa Clara are also part of this journey through fantasy and filial love.
