Initially, the Attorney General’s Office He stated that the situation arose on June 6, when a young man from 25 years started arguing with his mom of 46when it reached a point where intolerance on the part of the subject occurred when he stabbed his mother with a knife.
Later, the authorities reported that the young man decided to wrap the body in a blanket and hide it under his bed, while he waited to dispose of the body in the trash. However, the quick action of the authorities caused the Huila Metropolitan Police to address the situation.
Likewise, it was known that the person responsible was Jesús David Albán Tenoriowho would have caused the death of his mother, was captured on Palermo Road, where the prosecuting entity, the Huila Section, charged him with the crime of aggravated homicide, in a fact that generated shock in the community.

“In the verifications carried out, it was found that the victim, 46 years old, worked as a nursing assistant; while her son, 25 years old, was known as ‘Grillo Negro’, and would have different judicial notes for personal injuries, domestic violence, drug trafficking, receipt, falsification of a private document and damage to another’s property.”
However, the subject did not accept the charges brought by the accusing body and must now remain behind bars as a preventive measure, while the Prosecutor’s Office finishes carrying out the respective investigation, in order to know the sentence for the man who argued and killed his mom.
